1583 Albariño de Fefiñanes is fermented in French oak barrels, followed by a brief three months’ aging on lees before being rounded off in steel vats.
On the palate, this wine shows ripe peach and distinct herbs (oregano, mint) with very soft wood and bitter almond notes. Ripe citrus fruits with a touch of anise seed. Its well-balanced acidity with a bitter aftertaste. This Albariño has good body with cinnamon touches from wood and eucalyptus.
